Article 1 (What we mean by personal information)

"Personal information" means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, including name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, photos, videos, cookie identifiers, device identifiers, and location data, as defined under applicable law (including Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information where it applies).

Article 3 (How we collect information)

We may collect personal information when you use the Service, including:

• Name (including nicknames), date of birth, gender, address, email, phone number
• Social media profile information you choose to connect or display
• Account information from third-party login providers (LINE, Google, LinkedIn) when you choose to sign in with them and consent to share it — including your name, profile photo, a provider user identifier, and, where the provider supplies it and you consent, your email address
• Photos you upload
• Payment card or transaction data processed by our payment providers
• Cookie and similar identifiers
• Device information (OS, device type, identifiers)
• Server logs and usage data (access times, actions, purchase history where applicable)

Article 4 (Purposes of use)

We use personal information to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Verify identity and authenticate users
• Create and secure your account and, using your email address, recognize you when you return so we can link you to the correct account (including across different login methods such as LINE, Google, or LinkedIn) and prevent duplicate accounts
• Send essential service communications by email, such as order and shipping confirmations, account and security notices, and replies to your inquiries
• Respond to support and inquiries
• Analyze usage to improve features and performance
• Notify you about updates, features, or campaigns where permitted
• Conduct internal testing, research, analytics, and product development
• Comply with these Terms, our policies, and applicable laws
• Provide platform support, troubleshooting, and security
• Deliver or measure interest-based or personalized advertising where we use such tools and consent or law allows
• Fulfill legal or contractual obligations and cooperate with authorities as required
• Other purposes reasonably related to providing the Service

Article 5 (Changes to purpose of use)

If we change purposes of use, we will only do so to the extent reasonably related to the original purposes. We will notify you or post the change on our website as required by law.

Article 6 (Security)

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information. Examples include:

• Encryption: TLS/SSL and other measures for data in transit and at rest where appropriate
• Hosting: reputable cloud or data center providers with access controls
• Access control: limiting access to personnel who need it
• Review: periodic review of security practices
• Retention & deletion: we retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it afterwards. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Article 11).

Article 7 (Sharing with third parties)

We may share personal information with subprocessors that help us host, store, analyze, process payments, send communications, or provide customer support, subject to contracts that limit use to providing services to us.

We may also share information when necessary to protect life, body, or property; required by law; or for public health or child welfare purposes as permitted by law.

Where we use advertising or analytics partners, they may process data under their policies and ours. We require partners to use disclosed data only for agreed purposes and to protect confidentiality where contractually required.

Article 7-2 (Publishing the name of your organisation)

What we publish. We may publish, on our website and in marketing materials, the name of an organisation whose people use the Service. The organisation name comes from the company field in your profile or from the domain of the email address you registered with.

What we never publish alongside it. We do not publish your name, job title, email address, photograph, profile link, or any other detail that would identify you as an individual. Only the organisation name appears.

Why we may do this. We rely on our legitimate interest in describing who uses the Service. Where local law requires consent instead, we ask for it before publishing.

Objecting and removal. You may object at any time, for any reason or none. Clear the company field in your profile, or write to us through the contact page, and we will stop. An authorised representative of a named organisation may also request removal on the organisation's behalf. We act on removal requests within 10 business days.

Article 8 (Analytics and advertising tools)

We may use tools such as Google Analytics and similar services that use cookies or identifiers to collect aggregated or pseudonymous traffic data. We may use third-party tools to attribute visits to ads (e.g. click date, publisher site) and match that to Service usage to improve relevance. You may refuse cookies through browser settings where supported.

Article 9 (Google Limited Use)

Where we obtain user data through Google APIs or related Google services, we handle that data in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Article 10 (LINE User Data Policy)

When you sign in with LINE, we obtain data through LINE Login and the LINE Platform — including your LINE profile (display name, profile image, and user identifier) and, where you grant permission, your email address. We request your email address only after you consent on LINE's permission screen, and we use it solely to create and authenticate your account, recognize you on return, prevent duplicate accounts, and send essential service communications as described in Article 4. We handle all LINE user data in compliance with the LINE User Data Policy. We do not sell LINE user data, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

Article 11 (Your rights)

You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal information as permitted by applicable law. We will respond in accordance with the law.

Article 12 (External sites)

We are not responsible for information or services on third-party sites reached via links or banners on the Service.

Article 13 (Changes to this Policy)

We may update this Policy. For material changes, we will post notice on our website or contact you directly where required.
